Additional Info:	My philosophy towards teaching stems from the concept of "self-perfection" from the great philosopher Ostad Elahi. I do not believe that passing exams is the only key to success, but also the values and concept of SelfPerfection in academics. SELFPERFECTION Often you will find individuals who feel unhappy, discontent, and simply not satisfied with their jobs. Although they do not find their jobs fulfilling, they continue to work, without self-reflection and improvement. By motivating students and getting them to follow optimal performance strategies, they will have a sense of accomplishment, self-satisfaction and happiness. The notion of SelfPerfection can directly be applied to the New York City education system. Many students do not see the importance of the subject, causing them to perform poorly on these subjects, completing the self-fulfilling prophecy. The student may not understand the significance of practical applications due to poor teaching and the educational systems they are in. The primary goal is to emphasize the practical importance of all subjects, whether it be math, science, or history, I can assure you that you will be engaged and stimulated.
