Your child can't get started on writing assignments...Or is a perfectionist who cannot complete work...Or has lost confidence in the ability to successfully work through the processes of brainstorming, drafting, revising, and turning in English Language Arts assignments...Or needs to complete college application essays but cannot get motivated. I am a certified and experienced (10+ years) English teacher, tutor, and award-winning writer with expertise in all levels of teaching Writing, Literary Analysis, Test Prep., and Study Skills. Additionally, I have in-depth expertise working with LD, ED, Gifted, Twice-Exceptional, and students who struggle with executive functioning skills. I possess a Masters degree, have great references from both parents and kids, and love helping kids succeed and gain confidence in their writing and analytical skills. Winter Break is a great time for your student to catch up with missing work and get on-board for second semester.
Fees:	My fee, $60-90, is the going rate, but I like to offer a range to fit people's budgets. For students preparing to write college essay applications, I normally provide a package deal that drops the hourly rate. Additionally, I offer students the opportunity to communicate with me between sessions, sending me drafts to comment on and correct.
