Additional Info:	I am a professional voice teacher and writer and have been in private practice for 12 years, teaching singing out of my home in Mountain View, and also tutoring English language and writing skills. I have a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, England, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. I have worked in South Africa, England, Switzerland and the U.S.A. and have always been committed to excellence in my work as a teacher and performer. What is unique about my teaching method is that I give my students practical skills that they can use in every area of their lives - excellent posture, confidence in public speaking or singing, effective communication skills, either verbally or in writing, and most importantly, the courage to forge ahead with their personal goals. By working with the voice, I also teach students presentation skills which are vital for self-confidence and any kind of work they undertake in the future. Each student is treated with total respect for his/her individual needs and struggles and is given a practical set of action steps at each lesson to address whatever issue needs work. Fees:	$ 85.00 Dollars Per Hour My fees for voice lessons are $85.00 per hour. My fees for English language and writing skills are $75.00 per hour. (2 hours are recommended for essay writing / editing.) Sliding scale also possible.
