Additional Info:	Hello, I'm Sandra Richards, a recently retired English teacher, and I'm looking for students who need help with their work in reading, literature, writing, creative writing, study skills, and test preparation. Since my minor in college was French and I had a holiday home in France for some years, i can also teach elementary French. I am a Florida certified teacher for grades 6 to 12, but I've also done some undergraduate tutoring in literature and English composition. I have a B.A. in English from Emmanuel College, Boston, MA and an M.A. in English & American literature from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. I also earned a post-graduate degree in special education from the Hornsby International School for Dyslexia, London, England, and have done some special education teaching during part of my career. I have over 20 years of classroom and tutorial teaching and have also done some professional writing in my time, including a short story, a magazine article about restoring a 13th century country cottage in France, several literature articles for a high school literature magazine called "English Review", as well as a full-length book , published by the Macmillan Press, called "The Rise of the English Actress".
