Additional Info:	I have been tutoring students, adults and children, for the last 8 years at all levels in reading, writing, and conversational language. I have taught in language centers in France as well as in private settings on one on one basis, for French and English. In my long experience, one of the main reasons why people can't succeed in learning any foreign language is that they are afraid of it, and this compromises their ability to learn quickly. I will help you to eliminate your fear by making the material as simple as possible and using many practical drills. I will help you to clarify some basic misunderstandings related to the French language until you have conceptual understanding. This is called Theory Coaching. This will take a lot of practice and will encourage you to speak in French to anybody. This technique applies to any languages. I believe that the right teacher can get any student to succeed in foreign languages as well as his native language; it is simply a matter of acclimating to your needs. This means that I will start teaching you at a lower level than you are on right now. We will go over some past confusions and misunderstandings related to what you already learned in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, verbs, etc. It may take several lessons before catching your present level but it is very rewarding when done thoroughly. We then will concentrate on your special needs if any. I will also give you some fun homework to do so you can practice French in your daily life. If you are traveling to France for business or pleasure, I will help you learn to carry on a basic conversation and familiarize you with the culture. I understand how patience plays a large part in this: both patience with your own frustration and patience in your ability to eventually understand. With persistence, most anyone can grasp a concept and learn quickly. It is not as difficult as it looks, especially when your tutor is French.
