Additional Info:	I am an SIM undergrad majoring in Bsc Management under UOL. I am very patient and I interact with the student to better understand his/ her needs and develop the lesson plans accordingly. I not only teach the subject, I also talk to them and listen to their difficulties in studies and help them devise a strategic study plan to better improve their grades. As a student myself, i understand the needs of the kids and help them by putting myself in their place. I have been teaching tuition for past 5 years. I have taught both primary and sec sch kids. I have also taught in a tuition center before. I have noticed my tuition kids are more confident in appraoching the subject as they develop an interest for the subject at the end of first few lessons and their marks have improved remarkably.
