Additional Info:	I am a long time resident of the metro Nashville / Murfreesboro area . I previously taught college algebra and trigonometry at Middle Tennessee State University ( 1998-2003 ) . I also worked in the tutor lab helping students with linear algebra , calculus, physics and statistics . From 1992 to 1993 I taught Human Anatomy and Physiology labs at the university while also working in the office of a local physician .I enjoy working in education and helping young people to understand math and science and how it applies to their daily lives . My educational background includes a double major in Mathematics ( statistics ) and Microbiology ( Middle Tennessee State University ) along with 12 graduate hours in Biostatistics ( Emory University ) . I have taken courses in accounting , business and actuarial science as well .
