My name is Mary. I have been working in the tutoring industry for three years now (going on my fourth). I have an absolute passion for math and teaching it to students who are both struggling and achieving. I love to give good study techniques included in the tutoring (i.e. scratch paper and how to use it properly). I also explain why the math they are learning is used in the real world and how fun math can be. I mean who wants to travel all the way to the moon when you can experience zero gravity in a plane on Earth. Without the use of math, this feat would not be possible.
