Leslie Rosenberg is a visual perceptual therapist and reading specialist with more than 20 years of experience. She was trained and employed by Developmental Behavioral Optometrists, who specialize in treating visually related reading and learning disorders. Ms. Rosenberg received her certification as a vision therapist in 2003.
Before becoming a visual perceptual therapist, Ms. Rosenberg was an education counselor for the emotionally and mentally disabled. She also was a vocational counselor for The Federation of the Handicapped in New York.
Ms. Rosenberg has more than 15 years of teaching experience with special needs clients and those with Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and ADHD.
Ms. Rosenerg utilizes the Orton Gillingham method to teach decoding phonics and spelling. |
