Additional Info:	I am an experienced educator (17 years classroom experience) with extensive experience teaching students of all ages. I hold NJ teaching certifications in Middle School Math, Social Studies (K-12), and Elementary Education. With my strong content knowledge and excellent communication skills, I have helped many struggling students markedly improve their level of understanding. My educational philosophy is based on the firm belief that student success starts with an understanding of the fundamental principles/elements of a subject. Once the basics are mastered, subsequent lessons reinforce these principles while adjusting lessons to address individual student questions/concerns. Consequently, while the goal of academic success never changes, I recognize the path to that goal differs with each student. My schedule is very flexible.
