Additional Info:	I graduated from UC San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in biology and I am in the joint Master's degree in Education with the Single Subject Credential Program (in the sciences)also at UC San Diego. I am currently on a leave of absence from the program, but I have worked in three schools over the past three years (Lincoln High School - teachers aid, Standley Middle School - apprentice teacher, Morse High School - student teacher). I have experience working with middle and high school level students and have extensive knowledge on the California State Standards for the Science subjects. I have worked in general level Biology, Chemistry, and Physics classrooms as well as Honors and AP Biology and Physics. I am also available to tutor all subjects of Math from middle and high school classes (Algrebra I & 2, Geometry, Trigonometry/Pre-calculus, Calculus). I will work with your student to determine their strengths and weaknesses and proceed accordingly. It is important to understand how the student learns in order to achieve the most success.
