Additional Info:	I am a very enthusiastic, Italian native speaker teacher and I have a very good experience in teaching my own language as foreign language. I started my career tutoring pupils since I worked for 5 years for a Social Association in Italy which offers help to students with learning difficulties and social disabilities. That has been a great opportunity not only to learn the main skills of teaching but also to practice them with difficult students. I acquired experience in teaching Italian as a foreign language at all levels when I moved to England two years ago: I have taught several private one-to-one tutorials with both University and School students, preparing them for their A levels. I have a PGCE in Italian and French and I currently work as Italian Language Assistant in St Helen and St Katharine school in Abingdon and as Italian teacher in d’Overbroeck’s College in Oxford, started from January 2011. Furthermore, I am currently collaborating with the Modern Art Museum of Oxford: my role in the Museum is to introduce children of all ages to the gallery through a range of fun and creative activities, in order to encourage them to explore the exhibitions on display. I have a very good cultural background: I obtained a BA in Italian and History of Arts, at the University of Torino. After my first degree I decided to obtain a higher qualification in History of Arts, subject for which I have a great passion: indeed, I have always tried and applied my knowledge of Italian Art in my teaching. Since I used to live in Torino which is very close to France, I had the possibility to speak and train my French in many occasions. Thank you very much Elena
