Additional Info:	Hello my name is Craig Morris, 29 from Leicester. I am a qualified IT Tutor and IT Technician having various qualifications within the IT and teaching industry. I am an adult IT Tutor with over 4 years experience teaching people both in the public and private sector. I worked at my local library where I provided computer tuition to adults either in one to one or small group sessions, giving them the confidence to use the internet, send emails and create Word documents. I also do this as a part time self employed job teaching various people around my local village. I currently work as a IT tutor at a local college delivering a structured IT group course to adults new to IT, providing one to one help where required. I produce step by step handouts and exercises to aid learning. Before I start teaching a learner. I explain what I do, what they would like to learn and how our course can benefit them. From this initial conversation I am able to draw up an individual Learning Plan (ILP) detailing what will be covered during the session.
