Additional Info:	I taught special education for 14 years, working with students of varying disabilities ranging from behavior disorders to learning disabilities. I have worked with grades K - 6, both in the general education classroom, as well as small group and individual instruction. I beilieve in utilizing a student's interests to the curriculum to keep them focused and excited about learning. I have utilized various reading programs such as Wilson, Orton-Gillingham, and assistive technology in learning. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from University of Kansas, and a Master's Degree in Special Education from National-Louis University. I am available for tutoring during the day or evening, and am flexible with scheduling. I can travel to your home, and charge $ 50 an hour.
