Additional Info:	Since 2001, I have provided one-on-one tutoring in my home to motivated students from grade 6 to adults. I specialize in helping people improve their writing, deepen their understanding of and appreciation for literature, preparing for verbal SAT and SAT lit tests, and completing college application essays. I hold undergraduate and graduate degrees in English from Harvard, where I was a Teaching Fellow for 5 years. Subsequently, I was a writer/editor at Horizon and Look magazines, based in New York City, and director of marketing communications for several Silicon Valley firms. In addition to teaching writing and literature, I continue to work as a writer, editor, and journalist.
